Visitor information · Effective September 10, 2026
The Everything Museum is operated by Logan Pendragon as part of Logan Pendragon Forge. These terms apply to this museum Lab. Other Forge products have their own terms.
Terms of service
1. Visiting the museum
The museum is a free educational experience. You may browse, interact with exhibits and share links for lawful personal, classroom or research use. No account or payment is required. Using the site means you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
2. Educational interpretation
Exhibits combine scientific data, reconstructed meshes, simplified geometry and artistic interpretation. Descriptions and models may contain errors or omissions. They are not medical or veterinary advice, construction specifications, manufacturing drawings, navigation data or a substitute for professional assessment. Never use an anatomical exhibit to diagnose or treat a condition.
Dates and measurements have the precision stated in the exhibit. Present country outlines use a modern reference. Earlier political and cultural boundaries use dated source snapshots with incomplete coverage and varying precision. Boundaries and labels do not express a position on sovereignty. Ancient surfaces and distant planetary appearances can be uncertain or illustrative. Orbital calculations have stated validity ranges and are not intended for spacecraft navigation.
Adult anatomical references can include unclothed external body surfaces. The Human Body exhibit starts with external anatomy hidden. Visitors may explicitly select “Exterior” or enable “Show external anatomy” and turn it off again; resetting the exhibit hides it. This is an educational display preference, not age verification. Parents and educators can choose appropriate views for the people they guide.
3. Responsible use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, impersonate the operator, infringe another person’s rights or use the site unlawfully. Automated requests must not impair availability. Public availability of an asset does not replace its license terms.
4. Availability and changes
The operator may correct, replace, suspend or discontinue exhibits or this Lab. Continuous availability, permanent hosting, compatibility with every device and preservation of a shared view are not guaranteed. Changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively, subject to mandatory legal rights.
5. Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent allowed by law, the museum is provided as available without a promise of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free educational service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
6. External resources
Credits and learning links lead to independently operated websites. Their content, availability, terms and data practices are their responsibility. Inclusion does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by NASA, JPL, NIH, DBCLS, the World Bank or any other credited organization.
Site analytics
The museum uses a dedicated Google Analytics property to measure visits and exhibit openings. Analytics may store cookies and process device and approximate location information. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. We exclude search text, selected countries and shared-view URL parameters from the events we send. Browsers sending Global Privacy Control are excluded. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Privacy policy
1. What the museum processes
The museum does not require an account or payment. Search text, component selections, camera movement and timeline controls run in your browser. We measure visits and exhibit openings as described above. The optional feedback form sends the information you choose to submit to Logan Pendragon Forge.
Loading the site requires normal web requests. Hosting and network infrastructure may process IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser or device information, referrers and security events to deliver files, diagnose failures and protect the service. These technical records are distinct from the museum’s browser-only controls.
2. Links and browser storage
Shared exhibit views encode the selected destination, reference body, visible systems, camera and study settings, or the atlas time and time range in the URL fragment. Anyone who receives that link can see those selections. The Share view dialog writes the link to your clipboard only when you activate Copy link; the museum does not read your clipboard. Your browser may retain visited links and cached assets under its own settings.
The museum application does not set advertising cookies, run behavioral advertising or use local storage to keep a personal browsing profile. This statement applies to the museum application, not to unrelated sites or extensions in your browser.
3. Third-party services
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests font styles and files from Google, which can receive your IP address and request information. See Google Fonts privacy information. Scientific datasets and model assets are served from this site after preparation; clicking an external credit or contact link sends you to that provider, whose privacy policy then applies.
4. Purposes, sharing and retention
Technical information is used to deliver and secure the museum, diagnose faults and respond to legal obligations. Infrastructure providers may process it for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the service or the rights of others. The museum does not sell a visitor interaction profile or provide one for targeted advertising.
The application does not maintain a separate visitor-account database. Infrastructure records are retained under the hosting provider’s operational and security practices; this museum does not promise a fixed retention period that it cannot enforce. If you contact the operator, the message and correspondence may be retained as needed to respond, resolve the matter and satisfy legal obligations.
5. Children and visitor choices
The exhibits are available to a general audience, including families and educators. The museum does not request children’s names, contact details or submissions. Please do not send personal information about a child through the contact page. A parent or guardian concerned that such information was provided can contact the operator to request review and deletion where applicable.
You can control cookies, cached files, history and external requests through your browser. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, or complain to an appropriate authority. Contact the operator to make a request; reasonable verification may be needed, and legally required exceptions may apply.
6. Security and international access
Reasonable technical measures protect this service, but no network service can guarantee absolute security. The site and its infrastructure providers may process requests in countries other than your own. Do not send passwords, financial information, medical records or other sensitive personal information in a museum inquiry.
Copyright & reuse
© 2026 Logan Pendragon. Original museum design, text and code are protected by copyright except where a different license is identified. You may link to the museum and use brief attributed quotations or screenshots to discuss it, subject to applicable law and the rights in included material. Broader reuse of original material requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
Third-party models, maps, datasets, software and typefaces retain their own ownership and licenses. The Credits page identifies those materials and links to license terms and adapted downloads. The BodyParts3D adaptations remain under CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan; PALEOMAP-derived imagery remains subject to CC BY 4.0 attribution. Public-domain material remains public domain. These site terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.
Copyright concerns
If you believe material infringes your rights, use the contact link below. Identify the work, the exact museum URL or asset, the nature of your rights and a reliable way to reach you. Include enough information to investigate. The operator may restrict or remove disputed material while reviewing a substantiated claim. This contact process is not a claim that the museum has a separately registered copyright agent.
Contact
For legal, privacy, accessibility, correction or copyright matters, use the Logan Pendragon Forge contact page. Include “Everything Museum” and the relevant exhibit or page. Do not include sensitive personal information.
